This Privacy Policy explains how Decimis Incorporated ("Decimis," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to all Decimis-published apps distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and other channels.
By downloading, accessing, or using any Decimis Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Our apps may include third-party software development kits (SDKs) for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and platform integrations. These parties may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and interaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Categories of third parties we may use include:
A per-app disclosure of the specific SDKs in use is available on the applicable app's store listing (Apple's Privacy Nutrition Labels and Google Play's Data Safety section).
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the Services.
Decimis is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

You can control app permissions (notifications, camera, location, contacts, etc.) at any time in your device's settings.
On iOS, you can control cross-app tracking via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or opt out of personalized ads via Settings → Google → Ads.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that we have collected such information without verified parental consent, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us at privacy@decimis.com.
For apps rated for children on Google Play or included in Apple's Kids Category, we comply with the additional requirements of Google Play's Families Policy, Apple's Kids Category guidelines, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and applicable equivalents.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Decimis does not sell personal information for money. To exercise your rights, email privacy@decimis.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as improving the Services and ensuring their security), your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, an in-app notification). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
